How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate of $5 per order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time after that depends on your destination and carrier — estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are a guide, not a guarantee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT set by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
My order is delayed — what happened?
Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, or holidays. These are outside our control, but if your order seems stuck, reach out and we'll help however we can.
I gave the wrong shipping address — can you fix it?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@influxii.com. We'll do our best, but can't guarantee a change once an order's already processed — please double-check your address before ordering.
My order arrived damaged or seems lost — what do I do?
Contact us right away at info@influxii.com so we can help resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
7 days from when you receive your item. It must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email info@influxii.com to request one first — items sent back without a request won't be accepted.
What items can't be returned?
Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are final sale too. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask.
How long does a refund take?
10 business days after your return is received and approved, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a bit longer to post it.
I'm in the EU — different rules?
Yes, a 14-day cooling-off period applies — cancel or return for any reason, no explanation needed. Item still needs to be unused and in original packaging.
